And, right now, I gotta lose this weight and get in shape.
Vacation's over, and it's time to leave the cruise ship buffet mentality behind.
No diet. No shortcuts. No plastic surgery (I wish). Just a renewed commitment to eating healthy: whole foods--fresh fruits and veggies, whole grains, less sugar (and wine). More meal planning and less dining out.
And more exercise. After all, I have my first 5K on the calendar for April!
